The Kamdhenu Dining Chair rests on the familiarity of the modernist Chandigarh silhouette, and then slowly reveals something far more layered. The backrest is resplendent with hand-hammered brass, set with vitreous enamel Netras, each one carefully placed using traditional jewellery techniques. These eyes recall Shrinathji and connect to Kamdhenu, the wish-fulfilling cow—a symbol of abundance and quiet prosperity. Kamdhenu emerged during Samudra Manthan. Likewise, the chair naturally resonates with the Samudra Manthan table.

Crafted in reclaimed teak, the structure is modernist and classic. The upholstery, handcrafted from upcycled hand-crocheted sarees, adds a nostalgic element.
