The leitmotif of the Netra collection is the vitreous enamel eyes traditionally crafted in Nathdwara for the idol of Shrinathji. These eyes emerge from a longstanding artisanal practice—hand-crafted in copper and meticulously enameled in black, white, and pink. As worship declines, these crafted eyes are seeing fewer takers. Netra seeks to bring them back into focus, not merely as objects, but as carriers of a rich cultural and devotional legacy.

Netra repositions these eyes within a contemporary design context, elevating them from ritual artefact to collectible form. Interpreted through a lens of devotion and surrealism, the gaze is abstracted, distilled, and rearticulated—opening into a more expansive, almost dreamlike territory.
