SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Every Rhizome piece is handcrafted using sustainable materials. We strive for the highest standards of design, craftsmanship, and quality. Each piece is made by hand and may feature subtle variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish. These are not imperfections, but a testament to the material, the maker, and the uniqueness of your piece.

REFUNDS
As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not offer refunds. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We accept returns or replacements only in the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and email clear photographs of the damage. Once assessed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
You have received an incorrect product.
For all approved returns:

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
If a returned item is damaged or lost in transit during return shipping, Rhizome cannot accept responsibility or offer any reimbursement.
Shipping
As every piece is made by hand, please allow up to 90 days from the date of purchase for delivery. Many orders are completed sooner.

If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request whenever possible.

CARE AND REPRAIR
Our furniture and objects are handcrafted and should be handled with care. Damage resulting from improper use, handling, wear, or accidents is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for return or replacement.

Should your piece require repair over time, we are happy to restore it wherever possible for a nominal service charge.
