The Lotus Leaf collection is inspired by the elegance of its namesake. We selected the lotus leaf as a point of departure because it is a very prevalent leitfmotif in Indian culture, including in Pichwai paintings, Ashavalli sari borders, and architecture. This collection reinterprets this traditional motif for the contemporary Indian home. The Nakashima-inspired butterfly joint is a nod to the legacy of modernism and Nakashima's work in India. The tops of these tables are meticulously crafted from wedges of reclaimed and seasoned teak wood, with a stunning grain pattern. The structure is crafted from solid reclaimed teakwood.
