SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 15 business days from the date of payment confirmation is received. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Rhizome offers free delivery to all pin codes pan India that are serviced by our shipping partners. For international orders or bulk queries get in touch us via email- firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order is confirmed, an email for order confirmation shall be sent shortly. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email with carrier details.
We do not issue refunds. The only exception to this is when:
- The product delivered is damaged. In this case please send us a picture of the product within 24 hrs. of receiving it at email@example.com. We will assess the damage and will repair or replace the item.
- A wrong product has been delivered.
Please note when returning a product to us:
- All returned items must be in their original condition and unused.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- If a returned item is damaged or lost during return shipping, we will be unable to refund any portion of the purchase price.
Most of our pieces are hand-made in bamboo.
1.Take care of bamboo like you would have taken care of wood.
2. Do not leave in rain or harsh sunlight: shaded balconies, patios and sit-outs are fine.
3. Cracking of bamboo is completely normal as it is a natural material. This will not impact the products' structural integrity.
4. The color of the rope may vary slightly since we use upcycled textile ropes.
5. Items damaged due to improper care or wear are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not returnable. In case you wish to get products repaired we are glad to do so at a nominal charge.
